Michelin Guide recommended dessert bar ChikaLicious landed in Dubai. Famed pastry chef, Chika, of Gramercy Tavern and jazz musician husband Don Tillman created ChikaLicious when they found it impossible to get a high caliber, delicious, dessert experience, with service in New York City.


The dynamic duo coined the term ’dessert bar’ in 2003 quickly followed by the ‘dessert club’ and by 2009 had already achieved the highest accolade for any chef; Zagat’s #1 desserts in New York City. The top spot has since been retained by ChikaLicious for an incredible four years in a row, in addition to the top rating for desserts by New York Magazine, Yelp and Serious Eats making it the most sought after dessert brand in the USA.
